To design and implement controls, policies, procedures and training by monitoring the firm's response to regulatory inspections, audits and inquiries. To help the organisations by providing guidance to improve business processes, products and services from diverse group of stakeholders from different domains and to ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.

Support delivery against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible domain / functions. Take accountability to ensure adherence to Legal and Compliance policies and procedures, to perform compliance-related tasks to drive regulatory compliance and be the service responsible for compliance and validation tasks for business areas. Collaborate with stakeholders internal and external with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality. Manage multiple concurrent tasks and be flexible to perform and review risk assessments, supplier assessments, and support audits, as applicable. Maintain deep understanding of contracts policy, legal risk and liability, Interpret contracts and advises on contractual responsibilities. Translate complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans. Drive Legal, Regulatory and Contractual compliance & support to ensure compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
